GX20 represents an internal initiative aimed at nurturing exceptional talents within our firm, fostering their growth, and preparing them for leadership roles to drive the firm's expansion. It functions by providing tailored development plans, enhancing skill sets, and facilitating the exchange of knowledge to empower our workforce. During my three years with the firm, I got promoted and transitioned from a Data Analyst to a Data Engineering position. There has been plenty of on-the-job learning, knowledge sharing with my colleagues, and organised soft skills training. I have acquired expertise in Python, building frameworks and dashboards on Excel, and sharpened my soft skills like Inter-Team Communication. As a result, I have gotten better at handling client deliverables, and my most crucial work includes working on our revolutionary platform, HealthX. My acquired skillset, relevant exposure, and personal development from Galytix have helped me go beyond my work and pursue a correspondence course effortlessly.

In my relatively new journey at Galytix, I am impressed by the encouraging and well-qualified colleagues around me. Our immensely helpful experts and seniors led me to take on the responsibilities of a Data Scientist quickly. Our drive to innovate with technology intrigues me every day, as we take insights from research papers, and continuously experiment and collaborate to stay at the forefront in our field. I have been assigned to a client deliverable focusing on Early Warning Signals. Being able to predict and handle unforeseeable events for our clients, for example: COVID, is a revolutionary solution that I am proud to contribute to.

My mentors facilitated my journey by providing ample opportunities, such as frequent performance evaluations and working on substantial client deliverables. As a result, I swiftly transitioned to the role of a DataFactory Engineer within eighteen months, thanks to well-timed promotions. Now, I manage client deliveries and a diverse team of analysts.
